After It All"Can we take a break? I'm out of breath..." Hawke panted, leaning up against a tree.
Fenris stopped and looked at her, "of course we can."
"We can stop when we know the bloody templars won't get us!" Anders spat at the elf, pinching the bridge of his nose and groaning.
Fenris turned around to face Anders, "we can not stop because of you, because of you Hawke is going to pass out from heat exhaustion and blood loss!"
"At least we'll be safe and away from the templars you betrayed us for! You're lucky Hawke is forgiving and asked you to fight with us, not against us." Anders sneered at him.
"Guys calm down it's over and done," Varric muttered.
"What was I supposed to do!? You BLEW UP the CHANTRY! You needed to be stopped and I'd have been happy to be the one to do it." Fenris continued, ignoring Varric.
"At least I'm not the dick who loved Hawke and then LEFT."
"I came back though didn't I!? I needed time to myself and she-" he pointed to Hawke, "-understands!"

Genghis Whenever we were bad my mother used to take us to the mall to see Genghis Kahn. They kept him in a dusty diorama of a Mongolian steppe, all tall grass and yurts. He sat on a throne of bone (well, plastic shaped like bone), scowling in incomprehension at the American kids who flocked around him like startled lemmings. My mother would usually push us toward him, saying things like “Tell him what you did to your father’s stamp collection.” Genghis would give a grunt, spit a wad of phlegm onto the tall grass, and give us a wizened, wrinkled grimace, as if he had to go to the bathroom.
He terrified me.
